This large 45 m² one-room apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 persons. It was newly built in 2014, is on the first floor of a detached family house and has its own entrance. The apartment is very sunny and offers a nice view into the green garden and the sky. It is tastefully furnished and decorated in warm African style colors.
Not allowed: Smoking or domestic animals.
Rudow is in the southwest of Berlin and part of the district Neukölln. The area is very quiet and our street is even quieter. On the other hand you are well connected to public transportation and the motorways. The next underground station (Rudow, U7) is in walking distance. By car you can reach the airport Berlin-Schönefeld in 10 minutes. Rudow itself is like a small village but with all shops needed for daily necessities.

From several months, 2 monthly rents. You also can invested in an ounce of gold. The gold ounce will be returned if there is no damage. An ounce of gold can also be given as deposit, the authenticity of which will be checked by an established gold dealer.
In case you rent the apartment on a weekly or monthly basis you are responsible for cleaning. The final cleaning by us costs € 75 and will be settled with the security payment.
In case we cannot find another tenant: In case you cancel up to 15 days in advance, 50% of the rent. In case you cancel up to 6 days in advance, 90% of the rent.
